Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, your item must meet the following criteria:
Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition.
Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective inserts or boxes.
Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
Note: Any items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for return and will be sent back to the sender.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please do not ship items back without prior authorization.

2. Once authorized, our team will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact us at info@teodorluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
