At TEODOR Luxe, we are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives promptly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your items.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Processing Schedule: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Preparation: Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Confirmation: Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping durations are estimates and may be influenced by carrier volume, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.
United States: 7–10 business days
International: 10–14 business days
Shipping Rates
We maintain transparent shipping rates, clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order:
United States: $4.99
International: $6.99
Note: Keep an eye out for our occasional Free Shipping promotions, which will be highlighted on our product pages and at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update your tracking status. Limited movement during the early stages of transit is standard.
Split Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be split into separate shipments. Should this occur, you will be provided with a unique tracking number for each package.
International Shipping & Customs
For all international destinations:
Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing: Customs clearance processes vary by country and may occasionally result in delivery delays beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. TEODOR Luxe is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information. Should a package be returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Package Delays or Issues
If your order seems delayed, we kindly ask that you wait until the full estimated delivery window has passed before contacting our team, as most delays resolve shortly thereafter. If a package is formally confirmed as "lost" by the carrier, please reach out to us at info@teodorluxe.com, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
